Our Products

What kind of bagels do you make?

We make authentic "New York" style bagels. That (to most people) means that they are boiled in water before baking. Our bagels have toppings on both sides (for maximum enjoyment), and are made with incredibly fresh, high-quality local flour.

When are the bagels made?

Our bagels are made to order. Because of this, we need to know the total amount needed 2 days in advance. Like a true bagel shop, we bake our bagels fresh in the early morning for each delivery day. That means that the bagels you receive, are baked fresh that morning.

Why are your bagels darker than white bread?

Our bagels are made with '00' style stone-milled flour. This traditional method of milling produces a flour with dramatically more protein, flavor and color than standard white flour.

What different types of bagels do you make?

At the moment, we currently offer plain, poppy seed, sesame seed, and everything bagels.

Do you offer any gluten-free or low-carb bagels?

With the high-quality, local flour that we use for our dough, it is difficult to have the same consistency and quality with gluten-free and low carb options. Because of these, we do not offer low-carb or gluten-free bagels.

Ordering, Delivery & Pickup

How does ordering work?

We open our ordering system once a week every Sunday, and keep it open until we sell out of stock for that week's pickups and deliveries. We bake a limited amount of bagels each week, and they usually sell out quickly. Luckily, each week we are making progress in our quest to make more and more bagels. With your help, as demand for our bagels grow, we will be able to grow, too.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery for a flat $10 charge to select zip codes in Dallas. Our delivery is contactless, meaning that our bagels get delivered right to your doorstep, and we will send you a notification once your order has been delivered, and you get it wake up to freshly baked bagels.

How does pickup work?

When you arrive to the designated location for your bagel pick-up, tell the team there that you are here to pick up your Lenore's bagel order. They will ask for your order number (which you can find in your text from us), and they will ask for the name on the order for confirmation, and that is it! While you are there, be sure to get a coffee to help support another great small business.

What time should I expect my bagels to be delivered?

If you placed an order for delivery, we will send you an email notification (and a text, if you've selected that option at checkout) once we have started delivering orders, and you will receive a text once your bagels have been delivered. Your bagels will be delivered between 7am and 10am on the day that you selected during your order.

Eating & Storing Our Bagels

How should I eat my bagels?

We recommend eating your bagels with good butter, jam, cream cheese, lox, eggs, during a Gilmore Girls Netflix marathon, at picnics, with friends, or as pizza bagels.

How should I store any extra bagels from my order?

If you plan on eating the bagels the very next day, just keep them in the bag on the kitchen counter. If you plan on storing the bagels for longer than a day, they are best kept by slicing them in half (if desired), and storing them in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer. When you're ready to enjoy another bagel, just pop it in the toaster until it's defrosted and as toasty as you'd like. (Be careful: seeds, onions and garlic sometimes burn in toasters)
